VFW members may access the PDF version of the 2026 VFW Podium Edition and down load it by signing in at vfw.org. 
 
After logging in, on the My VFW page, under Member/Post Resources, click on "Bylaws: Training Forms & Templates", then click to expand "2026 Podium: Bylaws, MOP and Ritual" and finally click on                                                                           "download the digital version here for free."
